Landmark Hospitality is seeking a talented Banquet Chef to join our team.

Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House at Stirling Ridge, the Ryland Inn, The Farmhouse, Village Hall, and Boathouse at Mercer Lake in New Jersey as well as Hotel Du Village and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania.

Landmark Hospitality specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels that are growing and have exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.

The Banquet Chef candidate must be able to think on the fly and have creativity and leaves a lasting impression with guests and memorymakers alike.

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position, must be in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
  • Individual must be organized, punctual, and able to thrive in a past paced, busy environment.
  • Experience in all aspects of banquets service
  • Create and assist in menu development, ordering and computer skills
  • • Must have an unexpired Serv Safe certification
  • Must be able to work independently, but as a team player
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays• Be a self-motivator and motivator of others
  • Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
  • Must be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills,
  • Successful culinary production for the banquet / catering operation
  • Excellent leader and trainer
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
