Landmark Hospitality is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! This will be a seasonal position from May to October for The Landing in New Hope.

Responsibilities:

Enhancing Guest Experience (Achieve Daily):

  • Always gather feedback directly from table touching. Touching every table each shift is essential. Your role is to build relationships with our guests.
  • Properly prepare for all guests by carefully going through reservations and preparing for: anniversary’s, birthdays, any type of celebration. At Landmark personalized menus are a standard as are personalized cards.
  • Review all special situations during pre-shift and ensure all steps are taken.
  • Personally acknowledge any guest situation.

Team Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that we are staffed at proper levels for service.
  • Assist with hiring, train, and develop the team with daily meetings and on-going specific training.
  • Coordinate communication between the front of the house and back of the house.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll & maintaining tip allocations.
  • Ensure your team understands all steps of service.
  • Ensure your team understands all of Landmark guest steps.
  • Ensure your team has the tools to grow within the company.
  • Properly coach, correct, and counsel your team by following progressive disciplinary
    steps.
  • Foster a positive, respectful work environment.
  • Supports hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring, and training of hourly
    employees.
  • Assist with ensuring appropriate handling of performance concerns handled in a timely, fair, consistent manner and approach.

Overall Responsibilities & Schedule

  • Ensure restaurant from outside to restrooms are always impeccable.
  • Assist with inventory management of restaurant supplies and liquor per budget.
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules & regulations, and all customer service
    guidelines.
  • Fulfill the schedule requirement which will include nights and weekends.
  • Work in conjunction with back of the house and events while fostering an atmosphere of
    respect between all departments.
  • Follow all company SOP’s and properly use all platforms we utilize.
  • Always manage fairly; there is no other option.
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of any injury.
  • Communicate with Home Base on a regular basis and inform of any special situations.
  • Additional duties outside of the listed responsibilities as assigned.
