The Corporate Sales Director at Landmark Hospitality is a master relationship-builder, deal-maker, and connector. This role is all about creating and nurturing high-impact relationships with corporate clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and positioning Landmark Hospitality’s diverse venues as the top choice for corporate events, meetings, galas, and retreats. The Corporate Sales Director is supported by venue level operations, and focus on strategy, relationships, and driving revenue through powerful connections and tailored solutions.
Landmark approaches corporate sales differently depending on what each of our venues has to offer; We have venues with hotels as well as destination hotels that attract corporate sales on a regional level. We have venues with hotels in prime business markets that target a local radius of businesses and we have venues without meeting rooms that are ideal for galas, trade shows and corporate picnics.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates that have several years in a similar position. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential. Must be able to work directly with senior management and across teams to create a cohesive sales strategy and environment. Experience working with corporate clients is a must. This individual will also interact with our hotel revenue management team as needed, experience in this area is a plus.
